Standards Library (SOP)
Define the labour or machinery standard for each operation once — man-days or machine-hours per hectare/tonne, cycles, rate, and availability. Every new budget starts from these defaults; fill in the area or production on Step 4 and the headcount/equipment and cost are calculated automatically.
Overhead
Itemized general & administrative costs not tied to any field operation — insurance, audit fees, general management, security, head-office recharges, etc. This total is a real cash cost, always counted in every budget total (unlike CapEx depreciation, which is optional — see Capital Plan).

Capital Plan
Register capital items (machinery, infrastructure, ...) — straight-line depreciation is calculated automatically: (Purchase Cost − Residual Value) ÷ Useful Life. The Step 6/7 cost toggle decides whether this year's depreciation is included in the operating cost.
